March 14, 2025

On March 11th, Energy Alberta hosted an open house in the County of Northern Lights to present early details of the Peace River Nuclear Power Project and gather valuable feedback from the community. Attendees had the opportunity to meet with the Project team, industry experts and regulators to ask questions, share concerns, and provide feedback on what matters most to them and their community.

The event sparked important conversations on topics such as environmental impacts, job creation, and the project's potential economic benefits. The feedback provided will help shape the next steps in the development of the Peace River Nuclear Power Project.
